rating from 1 star to 4 after much trouble av. las condes 9460, oficina 1504 los numeros de telefonos son todos inutiles hay que ir en persona they scheduled a time and day. they didn't show up. i called their number and nobody seems to be in charge so they all give excuses and transfer me to somebody else. and in the process of being tranfered the call just ends and i have to call again. the people who answer the phone just talk a lot but don't say much in terms of information. just a lot of filler words follow up 1 .- i got in touch with the person in charge of finance who helped me figure out my problem. they cancelled the scheduled visit for installation without telling me and they just gave me a new date 3 weeks from now. what the hell is wrong with them if u make a mistake fix it now .. not in three weeks. from bad to worse. follow up 2 .- i had to go to their offices in person where another person whom i never spoke on the phone tried to figure out my situation. the products must be smart but the service is not. follow up 3 .- upon entering their offices i was greeted by the person in charge who was very helpful and willing. my problem got solved finally .
