There is a cambio and convenience store in the terminal. The offices of the bus companies were still close at 9am when I visited.

Very nearby the immigration office. Go buy bus ticket (transfer from Atacama to Calama) there is much cheaper than u buy from internet or the travel agency. The bus even have USB connection printed on. Ktur office can pay by credit card but sometimes not work. Some tourist shop inside the "complex", can get quick bites. No money exchange though. Bike shop next to the park inside the complex if u wanna rent a bike once u get off the bus. Free wifi. Ok clean. Almost 15 mins per bus with different carrier.
Worst experience in Peru, Bolivia and Chile combined so far. This place is spooky and unsafe at night! We arrived at 12pm from Uyuni and were told by the bus company there would be taxis around. There were none. This small terminal is located away from center in an unsafe neighbourhood at night. Luckily, a random local kindly picked us up and drove us to our hotel 2km away. Make sure you arrange pick up if travelling there by night.
The terminal to go basically anywhere from San Pedro. I took a bus direct to Uyuni vía Calama here for 11,000. Booked an hour before the departure time.
The place is very basic but you can get currency exchange and handcrafted souvenirs. The buses times sometimes change depending of the season.
You can buy here a transfer ticket to Calama Airport for 8000CLP, its cheaper then the agencies offering transport for 12000. Or you can go just to Calama city for 3000.
Good bus station. Compact. Nice waiting area. Intermittent wifi. Restaurants and a shop. There's also wifi in the restaurant. Friendly dogs and cats.
What am awesome little bus terminal, suitable of the city, not glitz and glam, this terminal hosts the basics at there finest
