It’s actually a 0 star experience. We booked online weeks ahead to go to Magdalena island. Arrived a day before just to check and found out that their ship is broken and the tour was cancelled.. zero communication, no emails or apologizes, extremely unprofessional! Refund will take a week. Do not book with this company, not reliable

Buen servicio de naves de conectividad entre puerto Natales y Puerto Edén, Caleta Tortel y Puerto Yungay. Es posible viajar con vehículo para seguir camino al norte de Chile por la Carretera Austral y vice versa. buenas butacas para dormir y buenas duchas de agua caliente. El pasaje incluye desayuno, almuerzo y cena.

El cruce por Punta Delgada es pésimo. Los señores que dan las instrucciones para subir el vehículo al barco, si es que se les puede llamar señores, son prepotentes, agresivos y faltos de respeto. He tenido mejores experiencias en el cruce de bahía Chilota.
