Total disaster, I imported a couple of items from China, in their site it said it was "delayed due to events beyond our control" for many many days, no way to talk with anybody on the spot in Chile, you call them and you are answered by someone in a call center in Guatemala, finally I received a message that "This package was abandoned by both sender and receiver"

Most things in Santiago are a pain to do (notaries, banks, anything where you have to take a number). When we needed to send a time-sensitive document to the US and someone told me to us UPS I rolled my eyes and said "yeah right". But, being the only option, we used them. I showed up, and while it was impossible to know where to enter the building (it is the white painted metal prison-like door to the right, btw), they processed my order in 2 minutes and I found out today it arrived two days later. I was very pleasantly surprised!

Thief's!! I hate to admit this but the government in South America are all thief's! I sent a value of 300 US dolllars and they charged the recipient another 300 U.S Dollars. and I asked why and they said that's the value of the things you sent and I told them well im shiping it to them im not buying it from you why do they do stuff like this never again.

pésima empresa con muy malas prácticas, cobran impuestos y después que pagaste informan que tu producto se perdió y hay que comunicarse con otra empresa transportista para ver si es que existe alguna solución. PÉSIMA EMPRESA, NO LA RECOMIENDO PARA NADA. hice mi respectivo reclamo en sernac, ojalá nadie más contrate servicios en esta empresa.
