I stumbled on this place out of mere accident, was originally headed to Nueva Costanera mall, but saw a menu at the corner. Out of curiosity I asked if the "executive menu" was still available, to my surprise it was and the salmon salad was a great choice, the wine was paired with a light and fruity Sauvignon Blanc by Cousiño-Macul, the waiter was very attentive and open to questions about the "experience" that is what most people come here for. He even let me your the tasting room and the scent areas. They also carry quite a lot of wines that are at market price and if you purchase 2 wines you might end up getting a discount, I know I did :) Definitely a place to come back.

A truly unique wine sensory experience. This wine bar come wine tasting venue is truly unique and brings the vineyard to the city. On the wine tasting tour we where taken through the journey of Chilean wine accompanied with technology, smell & sight from the aroma room to the visual videos made by the winemakers themselves durning the tasting this was a truly unbelievable experience. We had 5 glasses, 2 white and 3 red and some nibbles. Located in an residential area it’s a super relaxing place to buy some great wine and eat some good food.

Santiago, Chile was my 100th country to visit!! I was super excited to hang out in a nice wine/ food bar for a few hrs. This was a excellent choice and the good reviews were a plus. This was walking distance from my hotel NH Hotel Collection. The staff was bilingual and very helpful thru out the evening. The menu wasn't in English but the staff did a great job translating for me. I really loved the décor, setting, and wonderful Malbec selections. They do have beer and other things to drink if you want non alcoholic beverages. Make sure you pre sign up for classes because they do sell out quickly. I didnt take a class, just enjoyed a wonderful seafood meal and Malbec wine tasting with the bartender, Lol!! The appetizers and food were absolutely delicious!!
