We’ve had nothing but spectacular mountain bike rides with Juan Claude and Pedro since we’ve been here. His local expertise is top notch, and the highly personalized and tailored rides he set for us were perfect. I’ve been most impressed by he and his team’s level of professionalism. The fleet of bikes are top notch and well cared for, almost as though they’re his own personal bikes. What sets BikeTur apart for me though is that Juan Claude maintains a level of professionalism while simultaneously giving the experience a very personalized touch, making you feel like you’re top priority which is something you lose when you’re working with large tour companies. Overall, if you’re coming to Santiago or the surrounding areas and you want the best possible riding experience I recommend BikeTur!
