We found a restaurant of exceptional quality in Valpraiso, La Caperucita y el Lobo. A modest establishment overlooking the bay. Ceviche that melts in your mouth with incredible flavours, octopus which is the most tender I have ever eaten. Then a fish dish of superb quality and subtle flavours and lamb stacked with flavour and accompanied by a superb aubergine puree. The new chocolate/coffee desert was so beautifully presented we almost did not want to eat it but the tastes were wonderful with different textures, cream, ice-cream, meringue and of course chocolate in magic discs. Sadly if it gets the Michelin star it deserves it will be hard to get a table!! Enjoy
