The Tablas are delicious. Tomatoes in olive oil, fresh prosciutto, home-made bread (whole-wheat option), tasty parmesan, artichoke hearts in olive oil, etc. Good beer and wine menu, too!

We went for tea time and the service was bad. The pain au chocolat was decent at best. Apparently as a restaurant is pretty good, but as a coffee/pastry place, pretty disappointing

Nice Italian restaurant in the central courtyard of the Casa Costanera mall. They serve pretty tasty food, including a nice selection of mozzarella. My personal favorite is the pasta la routa, a fettuccine that is made with an unbelievable amount of Parmesan cheese - they actually dip the pasta in a large wheel of Grana Padana cheese. The service is friendly but a bit unorganized.
