Established in 2004, Vivendio Iberoamérica (a wholly owned subsidiary of Vivendio Enerwind) offers energy efficiency improvement and energy services in Chile. We are an ESCO. Our services include: - Design, Development and financing of energy efficiency projects; - Installation and maintainance of the energy efficient equipment involved; and - Measurement, monitoring, and verification of the project´s energy savings. As ESCO, we guarantee the energy savings and our compensation is linked to the project´s performance and amount of energy saved (in physical terms), assuming the financial and technical risk of a Project.
