Several of their good reviews are false, I found several issues with this service. From lying to price. I scheduled the service online, I traveled 1.5 hours to the city of Temuco. First, it was close, second I had to wait outside for someone to come. This lady arriving opened the gate for me. Once I went inside, a mechanic came to talk to me, checked on the schedule, and everything seemed alright. I shared the problems my car had and owner was there, he told the mechanic “we don’t have time”, so I assume they over scheduled because the owner came to talk to me saying “we already did the diagnostic”, I asked him, what diagnostic?; he responded “you know, just talking to you...” They didn’t even connect the scanner to the car, and they called the conversation, the diagnostic. So, in conclusion, I travelled 1.5 hours, I waited outside for 15-20 minutes, once inside I talked to the mechanic 5-7 minutes, and lied to tell me that through a conversation (we could’ve had by phone), the did the diagnostic. What I think is worse, my perception, is that because my car was an older model, they didn’t want to deal with it. They must make a lot more from the new trucks and SUVs

Muy mala atencion en taller mecanico Tengo mi auto chevrolet sail ..DJJS42 desde antes de navidad y todavia ya estamos en marzo y no me lo arreglan todavia....pesimo..realizare un reclamo a kas instituciones pertinentes...
